This watercolor captures a delicate, almost elusive moment — the state between sleep and awakening, when images are still alive yet already beginning to dissolve. The composition unfolds as an intricate interweaving of forms, lines, and color patches, as if fragments of a dream are trying to hold together, forming a fragile, fluid structure.
The color palette reinforces this feeling: warm yellow-orange flashes meet cool blues and violets, creating a contrast between the fading warmth of the dream and the clarity of waking. The watercolor transitions are soft and flowing, at times dissolving — much like memories that slip away the moment you reach for them.
The linear elements evoke both organic shapes and a network of connections, resembling a neural web where images emerge and vanish. This “network” holds the composition together, yet does not fully anchor it, preserving a sense of motion and gentle disintegration.
The work feels like a quiet inner dialogue — an attempt to grasp a vanishing dream and preserve it, if only as a sensation. Its strength lies in this very elusiveness: not in clarity, but in fading; not in completion, but in the process of disappearance.
